Uzungol, Sumela and the green highlands. The leading summer destination for Gulf visitors, and one that needs early booking because supply is limited at peak.
Istanbul
For short trips, shopping and medical visits. We choose locations near the metro to avoid losing the day in traffic.
Izmit and Kocaeli
Our base and logistical centre. A quieter and less costly option, an hour from Sabiha Gokcen airport.
For property owners
You own a unit and want income from it?
We manage the unit on your behalf from marketing through to collection, and you receive regular written reports. An owner living outside Turkiye needs little more than that.

And we build the cabin from the ground up
Our contracting arm builds timber holiday cabins on your land, or on land we help you buy: site and view study, design, municipal permits, construction, furnishing, and operation within our holiday portfolio if you wish. A cabin built to be let is not the same as one built to live in, and we build it on the right foundation from the first day.
How you book
1. Tell us the destination, the dates, the number of guests and your nightly budget. 2. We send three options with genuine photographs, an exact location on the map and a final price. 3. The booking is confirmed with a deposit and a written contract in your name. 4. We arrange the airport collection and the car if you have asked for one. 5. You take possession of the unit, with an Arabic-speaking contact available throughout the stay.

Questions before you book
When should I book for the summer season?
For Trabzon and Uzungol, at least two months ahead; supply is limited and prices rise sharply at peak. For Sakarya a month is usually enough.
Are the photographs genuine?
Yes. We photograph the units ourselves and do not use a developer's promotional imagery. If a unit differs from its photographs on arrival, we replace it.
Is there an airport collection?
Yes, from Istanbul, Sabiha Gokcen and Trabzon airports, in a private car with an Arabic-speaking driver.
Can I rent a car through you?
Yes, with or without a driver and with valid insurance. We explain the international licence requirements before you travel, not after you land.
What is your cancellation policy?
It varies by unit and season and is written plainly into the contract before payment. We do not rely on verbal terms.
I own a unit and live outside Turkiye. How do I start?
Send us the location and photographs of the unit. We will assess its expected return in the holiday market and send a written management offer with a clear rate.
