A cheap policy reveals itself on the day of the claim

Most of the problems we resolve for clients come from a policy bought on price alone: cover shorter than the residence period, exclusions nobody read, a hospital network containing no hospital near your home, or a property with no earthquake policy on the day one is demanded to open the utilities.

- Matching the policy to the migration office conditions before purchase - Reading the exclusions and cover limits through with you - Choosing a hospital network genuinely close to where you live - Comparing offers from several insurers rather than one - Covering the property with the compulsory earthquake policy and renewing it on time - Standing with you at the claim and preparing the documents

Types of policy

What we insure

Six policies covering the person, the vehicle and the property.

Health insurance for foreigners

The policy required for the residence file, at the minimum cover set by the regulations. We set the term to cover the full residence period, as a short term is among the commonest causes of refusal.

Private health insurance

Real rather than nominal cover: outpatient care, diagnostics, medicines and a private hospital network. Suited to those who intend to be treated in Turkiye, not merely to satisfy a residence condition.

Fully comprehensive private health insurance

The highest level of cover: surgery, inpatient stays, maternity and critical care, with high ceilings and an extended network. The usual choice for families in long-term residence.

Compulsory third-party motor insurance

The cover without which a vehicle cannot lawfully be driven in Turkiye. It covers damage to the other party and not your own vehicle, which is the point most often misunderstood.

Comprehensive motor cover

Cover for your own vehicle: accident, theft, fire and natural disaster, according to the extensions you choose. We set out the excess and the exclusions before signing.

Compulsory earthquake insurance

A compulsory policy on buildings in Turkiye, required when transferring a title deed and when opening water and electricity accounts. It covers structural damage up to a state-set ceiling and does not cover contents, so we add household cover where needed.

How to choose the right policy

A proper comparison is not between two prices but across four headings we go through with you line by line.

- Term of cover: does it span the full residence period or expire before it - Limits: the annual ceiling and the excess payable on each claim - Network: does it include a hospital near your home, or only distant ones - Exclusions: the excluded conditions and the waiting periods before cover begins

How we work

1. We ask what the policy is for: residence, actual medical cover, licensing a vehicle, or registering a property. 2. We gather offers from several insurers on identical specifications so the comparison is fair. 3. We present a comparison table setting out price, cover and exclusions. 4. The policy is issued in your name and delivered to you digitally and on paper. 5. We remind you well before expiry so renewal happens without a gap. 6. Where needed we stand with you through the claim and follow the settlement until it is paid.

When an accident or loss occurs

The first hour decides the outcome of a claim. In road accidents, do not move the vehicle before the scene is documented, and keep the accident report, the other party's details and their policy. In building damage, photograph the damage before any repair. In both cases notification must fall within the period stated in the policy. We take on the contact with the insurer, the preparation of documents and the pursuit of the settlement — which is precisely the stage at which the broker who sold the policy disappears.

Common questions

What is the difference between third-party and comprehensive motor cover?

Compulsory third-party cover pays for damage to the other party only and is required for the vehicle to be driven lawfully. Comprehensive cover is optional and protects your own vehicle: accident, theft, fire and more.

Is residence health insurance enough for treatment?

Usually not. A residence policy is designed to satisfy the statutory condition at minimum cover. Anyone seeking actual treatment needs a private or fully comprehensive private policy, and we set out the difference in figures.

Is earthquake insurance genuinely compulsory?

Yes, and it is required when transferring a title deed and when opening water and electricity accounts. Its absence halts transactions that appear to have nothing to do with insurance.

Does earthquake insurance cover household contents?

No. Its cover is confined to the structure and capped at a state-set ceiling. Contents require a separate household policy, which we arrange.

What does health insurance cost?

It depends chiefly on age, the term of cover and the type of policy. We send several offers on identical specifications so you can compare on a sound basis.

Can I renew while outside Turkiye?

Yes in most cases. We complete it remotely and send you the digital policy before the current one expires.
