Frequently asked questions

General answers that help you choose the next step

These answers explain SADIM's service structure and the boundary of general information; they do not replace specialist review when a matter is legal, regulated or dependent on individual facts.

FAQ

Which service areas does SADIM cover?

Services are organized into seven domains: real estate and investment, residency, citizenship, tourism, mobility, translation and insurance.

Does residency or citizenship information guarantee eligibility or an outcome?

No. General information helps explain the path only; eligibility, requirements and outcomes depend on the situation, sources and appropriate review.

Can my need involve more than one service?

Yes. The corporate experience is designed to clarify intersections between domains when a client journey involves multiple needs.

Which insurance categories are presented?

Health insurance, DASK / earthquake insurance, compulsory motor insurance, and Kasko / comprehensive motor insurance.

Which languages are available on the site?

The corporate interface is available in Arabic, Turkish and English, with Arabic as the default language for public routes.

What happens on the consultation page?

The page helps you prepare the service area, objective, context and priority. Data submission and CRM integration will be activated in the dedicated integration stage.
